Review: Mort

Mort Mort by Terry Pratchett
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Mort - Terry Pratchett We started watching Hogfather, but I don't own a copy. And the Offspring had to hear something with Death in it.

Having gotten into a Pratchetty mind set, I'm plowing through the Death sub-series with glee. The charming thing about Death is that he isn't a bit human, but humanity is interesting to him, and something he is striving towards. As are not we all?

In this case, Death has a teenaged daughter moping about the house, and having a proper sense of the rightness of things, he goes off and hires a young apprentice that the two may fall for one another. Complications, of course, ensue.
